JSK – Consultancy Ltd is led by Compliance professionals with extensive expertise assisting businesses in handling the regulatory challenges that they face in a continuously changing environment.

Our mission is to provide our clients with high quality compliance, KYC (know your customer), CDD (customer due diligence), TA (transaction analysis), onboarding and AML (anti money laundering) solutions that protect financial integrity and operational stability of the business, build trust and encourage transparency.

Our experience

Having accumulated over 30 years of experience in banking (retail, corporate, compliance), fintech and consultancy (The Big 4), I felt it was time to set up my own business to answer an ever-growing demand for compliance services for small and medium businesses who face increasing scrutiny from authorities, their banks, their customers, etc. but who do not have the capacity to have an in-house compliance officer. I have set up JSK to provide this service on a consultancy basis when needed
